Founded by Stu Frith, an industry veteran with over 25 years of experience in vacation accommodations, STABlue is built on a foundation of expertise and dedication to excellence.
With a profound understanding of the short-term rental market, Stu has been instrumental in shaping and navigating various iterations of the Municipal Short-Rental Licensing Bylaws. His efforts have positioned him as the region’s leading expert on legislation governing short-term vacation rentals, ensuring that property owners are always compliant and informed.
Having been raised at the base of Blue Mountain, Stu is passionate about sharing the unique experiences that this beautiful region offers. His commitment to the community is reflected in his role as a founding member of the Blue Mountain Short Term Owners Association (BMSTA), where he currently serves as President and holds the position of Executive Director and Board Member.
